Portland Cat of the Week – Adopt Bree!

Bree is a very special, laid-back love-bug looking for a wonderful, loving family.  Bree only has three legs, but she does great and has no problem getting around.  Please adopt Bree today.  Thanks again, Callie

Bree (shelter number 127835) is the Oregon Humane Society’s Cat of the Week.  She is a fabulous, easygoing gal in search of a great forever home.  This sweet six year old lady seems to have a relaxed temperament and enjoys meeting new people.  She came to us as a stray, so we don’t have much information about her past.  She also had a serious left front leg injury and as a result has recently had the leg amputated so she will need to be an indoors only kitty.  She still is an adjustment period of learning how to be a tripod!  Bree is currently living with other kittys in Parkers Place, a colony room, at the Oregon Humane Society and seems to be doing okay  there, however she might enjoy being the only cat so she could have all of the attention she so well deserves.   Introductions to other pets should be made slowly.  Come visit Bree today and prepare to fall in love!  You can meet with her at the Oregon Humane Society, 1067 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland 503-285-7722.  Visiting hours are 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday-Wednesday; and 10 am to 9 pm on Thursday-Saturday.  You can check out Bree and other adoptable pets at http://www.oregonhumane.org/ .

Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip ID, collar and OHS ID tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!  Availability is subject to prior adoption.
